Your entire order must be sent to a single shipment address in the continental U.S (Alaska & Hawaii do not qualify.) 3.) Valid for all phone orders and orders placed online at www.mancavegifts.com. 4.) Charges for reshipment will be applied due to incorrect or incomplete information that was given to us by the customer. 5.) Free Shipping is for retail customers only. Free Shipping is not given for any future business to business sales with Man Cave Gifts management unless discussed with management prior to ordering. 6.) NO EXCEPTIONS TO RESTRICTIONS.
REFUNDS and EXCHANGES FOR ALL PRODUCTS RECEIVING FREE SHIPPING
As with all returns, you are responsible for all shipping expenses of your return or exchange back to us, including fully insuring the unused merchandise for it’s full value. If you received Free Shipping for product(s) that you will be returning, we will deduct all original shipping costs that we incurred to get your product(s) to you (from our business to your desired destination) from the purchase price of the product(s) you are returning. See Shipping Information for shipping charges. Special order products and products on clearance that receive FREE SHIPPING are non-returnable &/or refundable. If of course, we do make a mistake with your order, we will rectify the problem at no additional charge.
SHIPMENTS THAT ARE DELAYED TO WEATHER CONDITIONS THAT RECEIVED FREE SHIPPING
Our employees will do everything they can do make sure your shipment gets out as quick as possible. Shipping companies that we use (FedEX, UPS, USPS, etc...) deliver the packages as quickly as possible. We regret any inconvenience that these severe weather events may cause you, but as you know, we nor the shipping companies we use have control over acts of nature. Therefore, there is no money back for shipping cost paid by the customer when weather conditions or other acts of nature or a disaster cause a delay in receiving your package. If you received FREE SHIPPING and your package arrived late due to weather conditions or other acts of nature or a disaster, and you want to return the package back to us, you are still responsible for all shipping costs to you (shipping cost we incurred to get the package to you) and shipping cost back to us as outlined in our Returns and Exchange Policy.
