SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship to all 50 states in the USA.  All orders are insured & packaged with care and are generally shipped from various states in the  USA. 

Processing & shipping times vary for each product and are listed in each product's description. Products shipped via ground (FedEX, UPS or USPS) or express (FedEx) take approximately 1-3 business days to process, unless noted in the product description (eg. Personalized or Special Order products).  Products ordered together may be shipped separately.  If you feel you may not get your order in time for your occassion or event or if you missed an order deadline (that we state online) to receive your gifts before Christmas or another holiday, SEE LEARN MORE

Sorry, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, US territories, any other international destination or APO/FPO addresses. Shipping charges are non-refundable.  You are also responsible for the following, if applicable: charges that a third party shipping company (UPS, FedEx, USPS) levies on us for any address corrections for a wrong address you provided, a change of a shipping address (once the order has been shipped) by you or your gift recipient and for any or all shipping costs for shipments of your order that are refused at time of delivery.

FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $199 that are shipped to mainland USA destinations only.  See FREE SHIPPING Rules and Restrictions for more information.  See also Returns & Exchanges Policy for all products receiving Free Shipping.  There are no shipping charges for gift certificates since they are emailed.  Free Shipping is for retail customers only.  Free Shipping is not given for any future business to business sales with Man Cave Gifts management unless discussed with management prior to ordering.

Standard ground shipping charges (FedEx, UPS or USPS) quoted at the time of checkout on this website are for all U.S. MAINLAND destinations only.  Customers requesting orders to go to Hawaii & Alaska will be notified via email of shipping charges for approval before processing.

48 USA STATES (Mainland) - Once your order is processed, it usually takes approximately 2 - 4 business days for your order to arrive via ground shipping.

HAWAII & ALASKA - Ground shipping is not available for shipments destined for Hawaii or Alaska.  If you do require an order to go to Hawaii or Alaska, please select the shipping method "HAWAII or ALASKA shipping – Notify me with cost before shipping - Rates start at $30.00" option at the time of checkout and we will notify you of the ground or express shipping charges within one business day.

SHIPMENTS THAT ARE DELAYED TO WEATHER CONDITIONS
Our employees will do everything they can do make sure your shipment gets out in time. Shipping companies that we use (FedEX, UPS, DHL or USPS) deliver the packages as quickly as possible. We regret any inconvenience that these severe weather events may cause you, but as you know, we nor the shipping companies we use have control over acts of nature. Therefore, there is no money back for shipping cost paid by the customer when weather conditions or other acts of nature cause a delay in receiving your package. If you received FREE SHIPPING and your package arrived late due to weather conditions or other acts of nature, and you want to return the package back to us, you are still responsible for all shipping costs to you (shipping cost we incurred to get the package to you) and shipping cost back to us as outlined in FREE SHIPPING Rules and Restrictions section. We regret any inconvenience that these weather events or other acts of nature may cause you.

SHIPPING CHARGE ADJUSTMENTS
Inventory of our products are updated instantly.  However, if a product becomes SOLD OUT at the exact time you place your order, but other products in the same order are in stock, shipping charges are recalculated based on the items in stock to be shipped to you.  If you qualified for Free Shipping and an item in your order becomes out of stock and causes your order total to not qualify for Free Shipping anymore, we will notify you immediately to see how you would like to proceed.
