Processing & shipping times vary for each product and are listed in each product's description. Products shipped via ground (FedEX, UPS or USPS) or express (FedEx) take approximately 1-2 business days to process, unless noted in the product description (eg. Personalized or Special Order products). Products ordered together may be shipped separately. Sorry, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, US territories, any other international destination or APO/FPO addresses. Shipping charges are non-refundable. You are also responsible for the following, if applicable: charges that a third party shipping company (UPS, FedEx, USPS) levies on us for any address corrections for a wrong address you provided, a change of a shipping address (once the order has been shipped) by you or your gift recipient and for any or all shipping costs for shipments of your order that are refused at time of delivery.

Our employees will do everything they can do make sure your shipment gets out in time. Shipping companies that we use (FedEX, UPS, DHL or USPS) deliver the packages as quickly as possible. We regret any inconvenience that these severe weather events may cause you, but as you know, we nor the shipping companies we use have control over acts of nature. Therefore, there is no money back for shipping cost paid by the customer when weather conditions or other acts of nature cause a delay in receiving your package. If you received FREE SHIPPING and your package arrived late due to weather conditions or other acts of nature, and you want to return the package back to us, you are still responsible for all shipping costs to you (shipping cost we incurred to get the package to you) and shipping cost back to us as outlined in FREE SHIPPING Rules and Restrictions section. We regret any inconvenience that these weather events or other acts of nature may cause you.
SHIPPING CHARGE ADJUSTMENTS
Inventory of our products are updated instantly. However, if a product becomes SOLD OUT at the exact time you place your order, but other products in the same order are in stock, shipping charges are recalculated based on the items in stock to be shipped to you. If you qualified for Free Shipping and an item in your order becomes out of stock and causes your order total to not qualify for Free Shipping anymore, we will notify you immediately to see how you would like to proceed.
